HypnoStudio Overview

HypnoStudio is a FREE software for Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis. It was created to let you balance, neutralize, and revert those thinking patterns that have become obstacles in your life, and also to help you imprint in your mind new thinking patterns that can be changed as your needs, desires and goals change.

All this is done by targeting the unconscious mind by means of sound.

Even though some people might disagree, I believe that the power of your mind can improve our own lives, and also positively change our environment.

The sounds used by HypnoStudio are basically four:

1. Binaural Beats. Click the link for more information about these special sounds.

2. Verbal suggestions. This is the second type of sounds employed by HypnoStudio.

   You can incorporate your own verbal suggestions into HypnoStudio simply by typing or pasting text into the Speech Panel, and the software will speak that text for you. You can easily switch between different voices and languages, and control the volume of these voices.

   With Speech capabilities and the addition of Binaural Beats, you can easily and effectively create a condition in which your brain will register the subtle information that YOU HAVE CHOSEN to give to yourself, compensating the invasive external information that sneaks into our minds everyday, and the resulting negative mental programming that it creates.

3. Sound Effects. Included with HypnoStudio are several sound effects that are relaxing and at the same time help disguise the Binaural Beats and the voice suggestions, so that your conscious mind will not interfere (it naturally tends to do that!).

4. Music. To make your Hypnosis experience even more pleasant, you can add and mix any music of your choice by just loading any MP3 or WAV file into HypnoStudio.

You can replace all of the sounds in HypnoStudio with your own!. With a bit of skill and imagination, you can even use HypnoStudio as a "Groove Box" of sorts (no kidding).
